Basic Lamb Curry
Ingredients
1.2 small chopped onion
1 tbsp coconut pdr
1/4 bottle coriander leaves
2 tbsp coriander pdr
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp cumin pdr
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 number gr chillies
500 grams lamb
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp red cilli pdr
1 to taste salt
1 pinch turmeric
3 piece whole garam masala
2.cardamom
3.clove
4. cinnamon
Preparation Method
Add oil to hot pan ,add whole spices,cuminand chopped onion cook till they are slightly brown at the edges add salt ,add turmeric ,ginger garlic paste ,when cooked add cleaned lamb peices and cook
add chilli pdr coriandr powder , cumin pdr mix add water cover and cook for 20-30 min till lamb is 90%cooked
you can also cook lamb in pressure cooker
add gr chillies coconut pdr and pepper pdr and cook for another 10 min till the sauce is thickened
serve hot with rice , roti or naan

Ingredients for Aavadalu Recipe
Greengram with out husk - 250 gm
Curd(not sour) - 1 ltr
Green chillies(chopped) - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 fistful
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Oil - 250 ml
Salt - As reqd
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Ginger(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
Preparation Method of Aavadalu Recipe
1)Soak the greengram over night.
2)Make it into a thick, some what hard dough.
3)Add salt.
4)Heat oil in a frying bowl.
5)Make medium sized Vadas with the dough and fry them until brown.
6)Put them in water for about 5 mins and squeeze each to remove as much water as possible.
:- Do not squeeze too hard to split them waste.
7)Beat the curd into lussy and add the vadas to it. Keep aside.
8)Take a frying pan, put ghee in it and add musrered seeds, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and splutter well.
9)Add the above seasoning to the curd - vada bowl.
10)Allow to become tender.
11)Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

1 pinch Ajwain -carom seeds 1 pinch baking soda 4 cup Beasn - gram flour 1 tsp chilli pdr 1 pinch cumin seeds 1 to taste salt
Preparation Method
mix all the ingredients make a smooth batter , dip any vegetables in this batter and fry sprinkle with chat masala serve with tangy dippings
