Tasty Curd vadalu

Ingredients for Aavadalu Recipe
Greengram with out husk - 250 gm
Curd(not sour) - 1 ltr
Green chillies(chopped) - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 fistful
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Oil - 250 ml
Salt - As reqd
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Ginger(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
Preparation Method of Aavadalu Recipe
1)Soak the greengram over night.
2)Make it into a thick, some what hard dough.
3)Add salt.
4)Heat oil in a frying bowl.
5)Make medium sized Vadas with the dough and fry them until brown.
6)Put them in water for about 5 mins and squeeze each to remove as much water as possible.
:- Do not squeeze too hard to split them waste.
7)Beat the curd into lussy and add the vadas to it. Keep aside.
8)Take a frying pan, put ghee in it and add musrered seeds, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and splutter well.
9)Add the above seasoning to the curd - vada bowl.
10)Allow to become tender.
11)Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
